Jody Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in 2007, where they held various positions such as Interactive Marketing Manager, Global Brand Manager, and Lifestyle Marketing Manager. In these roles, they focused on managing digital platforms, leading teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and enhancing SEO efforts.
In 2014, Wilson joined Triad Retail Media as the Director of Marketing, where they achieved marketing and sales objectives through strategic planning and the implementation of marketing campaigns. They also supported the sales staff through the development of marketing materials and managed relationships with advertisers.
Wilson then worked at SYKES from 2017 to 2021, initially as a Senior Manager in Global Marketing, responsible for strategic content, and later as a Director in Campaign Operations. They played a crucial role in overseeing campaign operations and contributing to global marketing strategies.
Currently, Wilson is working at OPSWAT as the Director of Content Strategy, a role they started in 2021.
Jody Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications - Advertising from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, Jody attended Oakbridge Academy of Arts from 1997 to 1999 and obtained an Associates degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Jody also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in March 2020.
