Randy Ying

Randy Ying, B.S. has been working as a Financial Analyst at OPSWAT since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Intern at the same company from September 2021 to June 2022. In 2020, they served as a Social Media Intern at Covalent for the entire year. Before that, in 2018, Randy worked as a Culinary Worker at Adventure Island Busch Gardens for two months.

Randy Ying, B.S. attended King High School from 2013 to 2017, where they received their High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued higher education at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2017 to 2021, completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Randy has obtained several certifications and completed various courses and trainings to enhance their skills in areas such as database fundamentals, SQL development, data science, computer programming, and finance, among others. These certifications include the MTA: Database Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, the Become a SQL Developer certification from LinkedIn, and the AT&T Summer Learning Academy Externship in 2021. Randy has also acquired verified certificates from renowned institutions such as Harvardx on edX and MITx on edX for their respective courses in data science and computer programming.
