Deniz Ates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, human resources, and data analysis. As Co-Founder and CEO of Who Moves since October 2020, Deniz Ates leads a recruitment service focused on global hiring solutions. Additionally, Deniz Ates holds interim HR Manager roles at opta data Gruppe and Trotec GmbH. Involvement in 2hearts as a community member reflects a commitment to fostering cultural diversity in the tech sector. Previous experience includes strategic business development at Evonik and consulting for MHP – A Porsche Company. Deniz Ates also served as a lecturer and has a strong educational background with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Düsseldorf.
