Matt Thompson

Matt Thompson is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and environmental services. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Insurance Tracking and Environmental Solutions at OPTA Information Intelligence since February 2014, Matt leads the management of diverse business lines focused on the digital transformation of insurance policy information and risk remediation through a contact center. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at ERIS - Environmental Risk Information Services, including Director of Environmental Services and Director of Sales and Client Services, from May 2000 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Mini-MBA from Schulich ExecEd in 2017, a Risk Management Certificate from the University of Toronto in 2015, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Applied Geography from Ryerson University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
