James Kirtley has extensive experience in managed services and IT operations, currently serving as the Director of Managed Services at OptaFi since May 2024. Prior roles include VP of Managed Services at Cobb Technologies, Client Delivery Director at Unisys focused on public sector cloud and datacenter services, and VP of Service Delivery at mindSHIFT, where significant revenue growth was achieved in the Education and Legal sectors. James has also held leadership positions at Marsh & McLennan Agency, overseeing strategic infrastructure initiatives and operations, and at mindSHIFT, where operations for customer implementations were directed. James began their career as a Sales Engineer at Data Transit and holds an educational background from Randolph-Macon College.
