Teresa Brehm

Teresa Brehm has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 15 years. In 2005, they began their career as an apprentice restaurant specialist with additional qualifications in kitchen and service management (FHG model) at the Hotel Bareiss in the Black Forest. Teresa then worked as a student of business administration/tourism management with a focus on hotel and gastronomy management from 2008 to 2012 at the same hotel. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an administrative assistant operations at Marriott Hotel Holding GmbH. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an assistant to the management/personnel at e-domizil GmbH. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a corporate trainer and then senior corporate trainer in Elternzeit at H-Hotels.com. Since 2021, they have been a lecturer at SRH Dresden - A Campus of SRH Hochschule Berlin. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Head of HR at Optalio. Currently, they are the owner of Teresa Brehm Coach & Train.

Teresa Brehm received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Tourismus / Hotel- und Gastronomiemanagement from DHBW Baden-Württemberg, Ravensburg between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed an Ausbildung zur Restaurantfachfrau with a Zusatzqualifikation in Küchen- u. Servicemanagement (FHG-Modell) from Hotel Bareiss im Schwarzwald in 2005-2008. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the Meyers-Briggs Typenindikator MBTI® Step I from A-M-T Management Performance AG in March 2018, Zertifizierter Business Coach from dehner academy GmbH in November 2016, Ausbilder-Eignung gemäß AEVO 2010, and Train-the-Trainer Ausbildung im lizenzierten TAKT & STIL-College; Zeitgemäße Umgangsformen & Business-Etikette für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen / Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Werte & Standards from Takt & Stil-College.
