Josh Hancock

Josh Hancock is an experienced operational manager with a diverse background in educational support and retail. Since September 2015, Josh has held multiple leadership roles at Optalis, including Operational Manager, Senior Team Lead, and Transition Team Lead. Prior experience includes working at Reading College from February 2013 to September 2015 as a Student Coach, Project Manager for The Shop Project, Associate Lecturer of Sport, and Learning Support Assistant. Josh also served as a Study Support Assistant at Bracknell & Wokingham College from September 2012 to February 2013, and as a Sales Assistant at JD Sports Fashion plc from September 2009 to December 2012. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies from the University of Chichester, completed in 2011, and attended Waingels Copse from 2000 to 2007.
