Fernando Pérez-González

Fernando Pérez-González is a distinguished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in telecommunications engineering and research. Since September 1993, Fernando has held various academic positions at the University of Vigo, progressing from Assistant Professor to Catedratico. As a founder and partner, Fernando has played a significant role in multiple companies, including Optare Solutions and Gsertel, while also serving as a Senior Management Advisor at Evidence-Based Behavior. In addition, Fernando is a member of the Board of Directors at the Real Academia Galega de Ciencias and has held editorial leadership at Springer Nature as Editor in Chief of the EURASIP Journal on Information Security. Fernando's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Vigo.
