Arrojit Sikder MBA II B.E. II PMP has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and project management fields since 2007. In 2007, they began their career as an Application Engineer at Vision Comptel - India, where they were responsible for installation, commissioning of PLC System, PLC Programming, SCADA development, and tender/bid related technical and commercial submittal and post tendering clarification. In 2009, they moved to Concept Automation Private Limited as a Sr. Engineer- E & I, where they were responsible for engineering design, execution, Project Management & technical support for PLC SCADA Systems, Instruments, and Industrial Networking and Industrial Electrical systems, as well as tender documentation preparation and submission and new business development from existing and new clients. In 2011, they joined Prime Esskay, now Esskay Gulf, as an Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering design, execution, Project Management & technical support for PLC SCADA Systems, Instruments, and Industrial Networking and Industrial Electrical systems, as well as tender documentation preparation and submission and new business development from existing and new clients. In 2012, they moved to Ferrovial as an E & ICA Engineer, where they were responsible for carrying out all Engineering activities for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control system, project procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities, and preparing technical submittals, compliance statements, FAT and SAT, method statements. In 2014, they joined ALMOAYYED Electrical Equipment & Instrumentation Systems as a Senior Project In Charge, where they were responsible for construction, project lead, co-ordination and execution of the project, engaging in development of Contractor Inspection & Test Plans to ensure all requirements are covered, including performing necessary inspections associated with witness and hold points, and co-ordinating with client, consultants, sub-contractor and vendor. Later that year, they joined DHAFIR Technologies LLC as a Sr. Project Engineer (E & I), where they were responsible for project execution, projects co-ordination with different project division along with consultants, TPI and client, and pre-commissioning and Commissioning for Electrical, Instrumentation, PA/GA System, PBAX System, HVAC, Fire Fighting System & Control system for entire facility including multi storied building for administrative facility. In 2015, they moved to Holtec International as a Project Engineer, where they were accountable for all Electrical, Instrumentation, Control system and Security related techno-commercial packages, co-ordinating for civil, architectural and mechanical work completion to ensure project phase completion, and ensuring submission and tracking of Key Documentations from Vendors (suppliers), while maintaining the Manufacturing Progress Report and compare plan and forecast with actual progress. In 2017, they joined Etimad Strategic Security Solutions LLC as a Security Product Analyst in the Critical Infrastructure Protection business division, where they were responsible for CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection), data center, command and control (C2) r and Smart City Projects, and working with different security systems such as CCTV (PTZ, Fixed, Dome, Thermal cooled and uncooled etc.), Radar system, Identity and Access Management, Perimeter intrusion detection System (PIDS), Vertical Arm Barrier, Turnstile, Under Vehicle Surveillance System, X-ray Scanner, AV System, IP Intercom, Fire and Gas detection system, Traffic Management System, ANPR / LPR, Structured Cable, Fiber Optic, Power distribution system, Mobile Surveillance System (MSU).
