Joanne Efremiadis

Joanne Efremiadis currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Optasia since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles in Legal & Compliance at Key Way Group, where responsibilities involved assisting with crypto license applications and drafting various agreements, and at Cole Capital Fund PCC Limited, where Joanne focused on drafting offering documents and managing investor communications. As Head of Legal at Deeriver Limited, Joanne led the legal aspects of M&A deals and drafted essential agreements in the payments industry. Earlier legal experience encompasses corporate law at AMG Mylonas & Associates, and trainee positions at Columbia Shipmanagement and Tatham Macinnes LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Corporate Law from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Huddersfield.
