Kimberly Thomas

Kimberly Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kimberly started their career in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service representative at Drive Financial Services, where they were responsible for coordinating meetings and creating proposals. In 2004, they moved on to HSBC as a Fully Qualified Funder, processing credit applications and handling customer inquiries. In 2008, they joined Optavise as the Director of Operations, overseeing the company's operations. Kimberly also worked at PMA USA (Performance Matters Associates, Inc.) as a Manager - Operations, providing support to sales teams and managing over 900 sales agents. Kimberly'smost recent position was as the Director, PMA Operations at PMA USA, where they were responsible for managing operational activities.

Kimberly Thomas attended Southern Methodist University in 2001, where they studied technical courses. Kimberly did not obtain a degree during their time there. In addition to their education, Kimberly has obtained certifications in "Leading Productive Meetings" and "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn, in December 2021 and October 2021 respectively.
