William Skovira

William Skovira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. William is currently working as the Director of Client Delivery Benefits Administration at Optavise since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alight Solutions from 2017 to 2022 in various roles, including Health Performance Team Lead, Sr. Client Manager, and Client Manager. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Aon Hewitt as a Benefits Service Manager and a Benefits Operations Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Director of North American Settlements, an Associate of North American Equity and Fixed Income Settlements, and an Analyst of Prime Brokerage Settlements. William also has experience working at MetLife as a Financial Services Representative and at Allstate Insurance as a Claims Service Representative.

William Skovira received a BA degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 2000 to 2004.
