Diane Wright

Diane Wright has a diverse background in business management, sales, marketing, and innovation, primarily with Opteon, where roles included Head of Business Management, Head of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Innovation & Projects from December 2018 to March 2020. Prior to this, Diane served as Head of Administration and Administration Manager at Opteon Property Group from May 2017 to January 2018. Additionally, Diane contributed as a consultant at Deakin University's Business Development Clinic in July to December 2020, providing advisory services to small businesses. Currently, Diane holds the position of Group Head of Marketing & Brand at Opteon USA since January 2025, having also served in a similar role at Opteon AUS & NZ earlier that year. Diane's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) with a focus on Business Analytics from Deakin University, attained with High Distinction from 2015 to 2022.
