Michael Hall

Michael Hall started their work experience in 2004 at Opteon as a Senior Valuer Commercial & Industrial. Michael specialized in Commercial & Industrial Valuations within Auckland, focusing on the North Shore and Rodney regions. Their work involved valuing various property sectors, including Industrial, Retail, Office, Medical, Vacant Land, and Residential Subdivisions.

In 2009, they moved to Roxburgh Construction as a Project Manager. Michael handled day-to-day project management for a residential construction company based in Fulham. Their responsibilities included tender pricing, scheduling, labor and contractor management, materials procurement, and client management to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Michael Hall attended Rangitoto College from 1996 to 2001. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. After completing high school, they enrolled in The University of Auckland from 2001 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Property. In August 2008, Michael obtained a certification in Valuers Registration from the Valuation Registration Board.
