Michael Tarbert

Michael Tarbert is a Solutions Lead and Senior Sustainability Consultant at Optera since January 2022, with additional roles as an Artist at Tarby Studios since January 2020, and Co-Founder of Civitas System Associates, Inc. since March 2018. Prior professional experience includes positions such as Staff Engineer at Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. from April 2019 to December 2021, Solid Waste Engineer at King County, WA from August 2018 to April 2019, and Research Assistant at Resilient Analytics from August 2016 to May 2018. Michael's early career featured a Civil Engineering Intern role at Tetra Tech and a Staff Engineer position at Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc., alongside serving as an Environmental Engineering Lab Assistant at the University of Portland.
