Fang Li

Fang Li, PhD RAC has a strong background in regulatory affairs, with experience in roles such as Senior VP at Opthea, Senior VP at Oculis SA, Principal at Stirling Regulatory Consulting, and VP at Graybug Vision, Inc. They have also held leadership positions at Hurley Consulting Associates Ltd., IVERIC bio, Novartis, and Alcon, A Novartis Division. Additionally, Fang Li has served as a Principal Consultant at Regulatory Consulting and Co-Chair of the RAPS NY/NJ Chapter.

Fang Li, PhD RAC, holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from China Pharmaceutical University, an MS in Chemistry from Wuhan University, and a BS in Chemistry from Xiamen University. Additionally, Fang Li has obtained certifications in regulatory affairs from the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. In terms of language proficiency, Fang Li has achieved advanced fluency in French, Italian, and Spanish, as well as intermediate fluency in German through the Duolingo platform.
