Sarika Gulhar

Sarika Gulhar currently serves as the Executive Director and Global Head of HR at Opthea since January 2023 and as Sr. Director, Head of Global Human Resources at Crux since February 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Sarika held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Optovue from November 2016 to November 2021, where a global People Strategy was developed and managed. Prior roles include Director of HR at Stoneridge Creek & Creek View, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Innovative Interfaces, Compensation Specialist and Program Partner at the Public Health Institute, and Human Resources Consultant at Sunera Technologies, Inc. Sarika holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and an MBA and BS from Delhi University and St. Stephen's College, respectively.
