Joshua Christensen

Joshua Christensen is an experienced Cloud Architect at Opti9 Tech since November 2018, previously serving as a Systems Engineer at Jelecos from March 2012 to November 2018. At Jelecos, responsibilities included managing and maintaining VMware environments, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows and Linux operating systems, and multi-datacenter environments while adhering to PCI security standards. Additionally, Joshua designed and implemented AWS environments and provided customer support across multi-customer infrastructures. Earlier experience as a Service Desk Technician involved support for shared and dedicated services and maintaining backup infrastructure. Joshua holds an Associate’s Degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute-Omaha, earned between 2006 and 2009.
