David Stark

David Stark has extensive experience in the finance industry, having held various roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP as an Audit Senior Assistant, then at Navigant as a Senior Consultant. David then worked at Fossil, Inc. from 2010 to 2011 as a Financial Analyst. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Director of Finance and Controller at Bridger, LLC, where they managed the finance and accounting functions and was part of the deal team for the sale of the logistics division. From 2013 to 2017, they were Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance at Infinite Esports & Entertainment, where they implemented accounting software and built out accounting and financial reporting functions. From 2019 to 2020, they were Chief Financial Officer at Scoreboard Ventures, where they managed and oversaw finance and accounting functions, and performed valuation analyses and led due diligence for prospective investment opportunities. David is currently Executive Vice President of Finance at ReKTGlobal, and will become Chief Financial Officer at OpTic Gaming in 2022.

David Stark attended Texas A&M University from 2004 to 2009, obtaining a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Finance. David also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
