Shelby Workinger is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Safran Defense & Space, Inc. Optronics since April 2020, Shelby has held various positions including Human Resources Manager and Generalist. Prior to this role, Shelby worked at Voya Financial as Human Resources Manager, overseeing the HR department and reporting directly to the CFO. Shelby's career began at The Barking Dog, Ltd. as a Human Resources Generalist, where significant responsibility included managing benefits administration for a statewide operation. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Keene State College and a high school diploma from Campbell High School.
