Aswathi Nair

Aswathi Nair has over 14 years of work experience, primarily in digital transformation and management roles. Aswathi'scurrent role is as the Head of Digital Transformation at OptiGroup AB, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Papyrus from 2021 to 2023.

Previously, Aswathi was the Marketing Team Manager at Poster Store from 2020 to 2021 and a Project Manager at Altran from 2019 to 2020.

Aswathi spent the majority of their career at Dell Technologies, starting as a Senior Sales Account Manager in 2007, and working their way up to the Team Manager, Dell Digital & Engineering role from 2018 to 2019. In between, they held roles as an Inside Sales Account Manager, Online Merchandising & Campaign Senior Analyst, and Online Business Manager & Online Marketing Manager. Aswathi's experience at Dell involved leading teams, developing online strategies, managing recruitment, appraisals, and performance management, and measuring and reporting on campaign performance.

Aswathi Nair obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University. Aswathi later pursued an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the same university between 2016 and 2018. Aswathi also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Aswathi Nair has earned several certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified, Six Sigma Yellow Belt (SSYB), and various marketing-related certifications from SMstudy. Aswathi also has multiple certifications from Dell, including SEO Certified, SMaC Certified, Search Certified, and Brand Certified. Additionally, Aswathi Nair completed the Leading SAFe certification from Altran.
