Shelley Snyman

Shelley Snyman has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Shelley is currently working at Optii as the Director of Operations / Customer Success Manager since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Hotel Manager at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center from September 2020 to January 2022. Shelley also served as the Director of Rooms at the same company from January 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, Shelley worked at Omni Hotels & Resorts for several years. Their roles at Omni Hotels & Resorts included Director of Rooms from October 2015 to December 2017, Director of Housekeeping from April 2014 to October 2015, Assistant Director of Housekeeping from April 2013 to April 2014, Assistant Front Office Manager from July 2012 to March 2013, Rooms Leader in Development from September 2011 to July 2012, and Front Desk Agent from December 2010 to September 2011.

Shelley Snyman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
