With more than 22 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, Ivan Suardi is responsible for innovating the hotel product across all areas of the property including rooms, events, food and beverage and well-being concepts, supporting the Operations team on the set up and opening of new hotels conceptualising new restaurants. Before joining Rosewood Hotel Group, Ivan was the Director of Food and Beverage projects in Asia Pacific for Hyatt International. He was with Hyatt Hotels for more than 16 years in Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Almaty, Jakarta and Dubai.
