Andrew Fahmi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Donahue Industries, Inc, where they developed measurement techniques. Andrew then worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern in the Research and Development Department at Sloan Valve Company, supporting senior level engineers with testing, design, and documentation.

Andrew continued to expand their skills and knowledge by working as a Process and Manufacturing Engineer at Autoliv, where they supported failure analysis activities, developed standardized work instructions, and implemented process controls for ongoing production.

Andrew then joined Kasalis Inc. as a Technical Project Manager, where they conducted engineering analyses, provided technical guidance to cross-functional teams, and developed status reports and cost estimates. Andrew also served as a Process Engineer at Kasalis Inc., participating in resource planning, overseeing multiple projects, and working closely with customers to gather and analyze problems.

Andrew later became a Robotics Project Manager at Vecna Robotics, where they managed robotics projects. Andrew then joined Kasalis as an Engineering Project Manager, where they managed and delivered medium to high complexity technology projects, developed business proposals, and drove innovation and continuous improvement.

More recently, Andrew worked at Signify as an I2M (Idea to Market) Program Manager, leading multidisciplinary projects and working with management and team members to gain buy-in for new initiatives and solutions. Currently, they are working as a Technical Program Manager at Optikos Corporation.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, develop solutions, and effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Andrew Fahmi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Andrew later obtained a Certificate in Design and Manufacturing from the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. In 2016, Andrew pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and completed it in 2018.

Andrew Fahmi also holds several additional certifications. In December 2014, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in collaboration with the Mechanical Engineering Design and Manufacturing Engineering department, under the guidance of Professor Sammy Shina PHD, PE. In May 2014, they received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, in July 2022, Andrew obtained the Project Management Foundation (PM Foundation™) certification from the International Institute for Learning.
