Zdravko Jovičić

Zdravko Jovičić is an experienced project manager and architect with a robust background in managing large-scale construction projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Optim Project Management since September 2020, Zdravko has overseen the design and construction of the Continental Automotive Serbia production facility in Novi Sad, with a building area of 30,000 m². Previous roles include managing the construction of the IKEA Retail Park Belgrade with a total budget of 40 million EUR at STMG Consultancy d.o.o. and coordinating various significant projects such as the Clinical Centre Nis and the Palace of Justice. Zdravko holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Belgrade and has accumulated diverse experience in both architectural design and project coordination across multiple sectors.
