Brian Paules, PE, is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College. Since January 2020, Brian has been employed at Optima Engineering, where responsibilities include designing and drafting mechanical systems for various building types, performing heating and cooling load calculations, energy modeling, and conducting project life-cycle cost analysis. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Designer at Conway & Owen from March 2017 to January 2020 and at Shultz Engineering Group from June 2013 to January 2020. Internships at Shultz Engineering Group and Duke Energy Corporation provided further experience in mechanical design and the power utility industry. Early experience as a Group Counselor at Clemson University Outdoor Labs showcased abilities in leadership and activity development for individuals with developmental disabilities.
