Jody Dugger is an experienced product development manager with a robust background in health care product strategy and implementation. Currently employed at Optima Health - Sentara since February 2012, Jody leads project management for product and benefit strategies, including serving as the HSA product lead and managing relationships with HealthEquity. Prior roles include CDH Product Marketing Manager at CIGNA Healthcare and HRA Product Director at UnitedHealth Group, where Jody was recognized as a subject matter expert and managed training sessions on health accounts. Earlier career experiences also include product development management at Vista Healthplan and Humana, focusing on health care products and business solutions across various markets. Jody holds a Masters in Public Health and a Bachelor's in Health Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
