Fabio Macchini has over a decade of experience in the field of automotive research and development, currently serving as the Automotive R&D Project Manager and Intercompany Product Development Manager at RadiciGroup since March 2012. In this role, Fabio has also held positions such as R&D Project Leader for the Automotive Market and QC and R&D Manager for the NAFTA Area, contributing significantly to the High Performance Polymers division. Prior to this, from September 2010 to March 2012, Fabio worked as a QC and R&D specialist at Batch Color/Vamp. Fabio holds a Laurea in Materials Science from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, earned between 2004 and 2010, and has a foundational education from Liceo Scientifico.
