Carlo Facheris

Carlo Facheris is a seasoned professional in sales training and managerial development, currently serving as a Formatore e Coach at Optima Italia S.p.A. since May 2016. In September 2024, Carlo transitioned to an academic role as an Adjunct Professor for the "Comunicazione Strategica" course at Università degli Studi di Pavia, while also taking on responsibilities as a Senior Associate at Accademia di Comunicazione Strategica in December 2023, focusing on strategic communication and negotiation training. Carlo's extensive experience includes previous positions as a District Manager and Sales Agent at Optima Italia S.p.A. from 2009 to 2015. Educationally, Carlo has pursued advanced management training at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, holds a master's level degree from HCE University, and is currently engaged in further studies at Università degli Studi eCampus and Università degli Studi di Genova, alongside training from NLP Italy, Society of NLP, and WedoIT Academy.
