Jennifer Barnes

Jennifer Barnes, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer is the CEO and Founder of Optima Office since 2018, where they sit on several non-profit boards. Jennifer co-founded the company Pro Back Office in 2012 and served as the CEO until 2017 when they became Co-President. In addition, Jennifer has held positions such as Senior Controller at TGG Accounting, Interim Controller at the San Diego Natural History Museum, Senior Consulting Controller at Tatum LLC, Interim Director of Accounting at GlobalTranz, Director of Finance and Business Management at Children's Physicians Medical Group, Accounting and Operations Manager at the World Trade Center, and Interim Accounting Manager at Borrego Solar. Jennifer also served as the Interim Director of Finance at Second Harvest Food Bank in 2008. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Jennifer Barnes, MBA, completed their Executive MBA from San Diego State University in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Jennifer's educational background also includes their high school education at Durango High School in Las Vegas.
