Nelda J.

Nelda J. has had two work experiences. Nelda'smost recent position was as a Global Operations Manager at Optima Partners Compliance Advisory, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Meridian Global from November 2019 to November 2022 as a People & Business Operations professional. In this role, Nelda transformed a tactical purchasing organization into one with expertise in sourcing and purchasing excellence. Nelda also managed government contracts worth over $150 million, and utilized AP data to analyze spending across the company, developing strategies to reduce costs.

Nelda J. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the New York Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from LIM College. In addition to their formal education, Nelda has also pursued additional certifications. Nelda obtained the Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) as well as the Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC) credential from Coursera in July 2022. Furthermore, Nelda earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Coursera in March 2021.
