Danni Gadd

Danni Gadd has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare and medical communications. In 2015, they started working at firstlight public relations as an Account Executive in healthcare communications, where they worked on various campaigns for clients like Novartis, Napp, and Sanofi. Danni quickly advanced to the role of Senior Account Executive and began managing projects. In 2017, Danni joined DDB Remedy London as a Junior Medical Writer, working with clients such as Allergan, Novartis, and Pfizer. Danni received training as one of the lead HIV writers for Gilead Sciences during their time there. Danni later became a Medical Writer before leaving in 2018.

In the same year, they pursued a Master's in Brain Science at the University of Glasgow, where they graduated with distinction in 2019. In 2018, Danni also worked as a Freelance Medical Writer, specializing in medical communications.

In 2019, they joined Wellcome Trust as a PhD candidate in Translational Neuroscience. Danni is currently working as a Senior Scientist at Optima Partners since March 2023.
