Erika Benedict

Erika Benedict brings more than a decade of experience in the health care and human services field to her position as regional director of the Cedar Valley Region. As regional director, she oversees the daily delivery of services to individuals with mental illness and intellectual disabilities.

Benedict has held various roles at Optimae since joining the company in 2006. She started in the STEP Employment program, and also served as an intensive psychiatric practitioner and quality improvement specialist.

Benedict earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science in sociology from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
