Charles Virden has an extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. Charles began their career in 1989 as a Marketing Representative for Xerox. Charles then moved to Smith Barney as a Financial Consultant in 1993. In 1994, they joined UPS Logistics Technologies, Inc. as a Vice President of Sales and a Regional Account Manager - West Coast. In 2004, they moved to Roadnet Technologies Inc. (formerly UPS Logistics Technologies) as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Vice President of Worldwide Sales & International Operations, where they more than doubled the company's Revenue and Profit, and grew International sales from less than 1% to 36%. In 2013, they joined Decisiv, Inc. as Vice President of Sales. In 2014, they moved to Software AG as Regional Vice President of Sales. In 2016, they joined TIBCO as Regional Vice President of Sales, and also joined DispatchTrack as SVP of Global Sales. In 2019, they joined Interos Inc. as Vice President of Revenue. Most recently, they are Global Head of Revenue for Optimal Dynamics since 2022.

Charles Virden received a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Towson University between 1985 and 1989.
