Senior Software Engineer at Optimal Dynamics

Chia Chi Chuang has worked in the software engineering field since 2005. Chia Chi began their career as a Research Programmer/Software Engineer at Carnegie Mellon University, where they developed and tested software on a resource relocation project, added Sans20 vulnerability support to an existing multi-tier application, and developed a tool to perform analysis on large-scale data. In 2010, they moved to OnRamp Systems Inc. (NXAR/Legal OnRamp) as a Software Developer, where they developed customized websites and reports, identified customer requirements, designed, implemented, tested, and enhanced business application tools and systems, and applied the full software development life cycle in the development of multiple websites. In 2020, they joined Bond Financial Technologies, Inc. as a Back End Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Optimal Dynamics.

Chia Chi Chuang holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from I-shou University. Additionally, they have obtained a GCP Essentials Certification from Google in November 2019 and a Communication Essentials Certification from NOVA in 2018.
