Nikki Bailey

Nikki Bailey is an accomplished Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in creating robust infrastructure and automation solutions. Currently with Quant since April 2021, Nikki specializes in AWS, Jenkins, and Kubernetes, focusing on collaboration in a dynamic startup environment. Prior experience includes a role at Illumina from April 2015 to April 2021, where Nikki developed scalable and secure systems to support analytics for next-generation sequencing technologies, notably enhancing Sequence Hub into a multi-region SaaS platform. Additionally, Nikki served as IT Manager at Austin Macauley Publishers Limited from May 2014 to April 2015, starting as the lead developer for an eCommerce site and evolving into the go-to IT expert, achieving significant improvements in online marketing and security. Nikki holds a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2011.
