Marilia Honorio Ragazzo

Marilia Honorio Ragazzo has an extensive work history, beginning with their role as a Software Developer for People Brasil Educação Ltda in 1996. Marilia then moved to KS Desenvolvimento de Sistemas as a Software Developer, and Ajuntament de Girona as a Software Developer in 2000. In 2001, they became a Software Developer for Compera, and a Tap Dance Teacher for Olmos Ballet. From 2002 to 2021, Marilia worked for CI&T in various roles, including Senior Client Partner, DE&I agent of change, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Senior Employer Brand Manager, Hiring and Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, PMP, ITIL F, and Technical Lead. Most recently, they have been the VP of Human Resources for Optimal Dynamics since 2021, leading all HR initiatives as the company grows and executing processes and policies with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in mind.

Marilia Honorio Ragazzo has an extensive education history. Marilia completed a Bachelor in Computer Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 1997 to 2001, followed by a Data Processing degree at Colégio Técnico de Campinas - Unicamp from 1993 to 1996. Marilia then earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2003 to 2005. After that, they completed a course in Employer Brand Leadership from Employer Branding College from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, they completed a Sustainable Business Strategy course from Harvard Business School Online in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications, including a Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner from the Center for Sustainability and Excellence - CSE in 2022, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2005, and a Gamification certificate from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2013.
