We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who is a team player, has excellent administration and organisational skills, as well as high energy and positivity.

We are a hands on team and this role is end-to-end. You will provide recruitment support, manage the employee lifecycle, complete HR operational tasks and coordinate people & culture projects and initiatives. You will support our people and help shape our culture through a range of activities in a growing organisation. This is an exciting career pathway within People and Culture.

This role would be responsible for:

  • Managing the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Coordinate the process for new hires and leavers including contract management and documentation, onboarding and introductions to ways of working, company policies and introducing the OW culture.

  • Managing our HRIS system and people policies - keeping data and documentation up to date, communicating and processing people benefits (e.g. Learning & Development and Wellness Funds).

  • Be the point of contact for HR related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Answering enquiries in a timely manner including payroll questions, in collaboration with Finance.

  • Managing the performance review process from start to finish - creating templates, gathering materials, managing company communication, tracking completion and supporting People Leaders.

  • Organising employee engagement activities, such as company events or meetings that contributing to a positive company culture that aligns with the OW values and company goals.

  • Participate in special HR projects, such as implementing new HR initiatives, conducting surveys, or improving processes.

What you’ll bring.. 

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role, with a hunger to learn and grow professionally

  • A degree or higher education in an HR related field - preferable but not essential

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication

  • Experience in the employee lifecycle, from hiring, onboarding, learning and growth, wellbeing

  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and professionalism with sensitive data

  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and act, finding new and innovative ways to improve process or tools

  • Experience coordinating or supporting initiatives in a fast paced environment

  • Data driven approach with strong problem solving skills and a keen attitude to get things done

  • An interest and understanding of emerging technologies and software, as our work revolves around the use of technology.
