Mairead Healy has a diverse work experience with multiple roles in different companies. Mairead started working for CNG Travel in 2001 as a Corporate Account Manager, specializing in Airlines and online Travel agents. In 2007, they joined FEXCO as a Marketing Manager, where they provided support for marketing activities and grew a special awards scheme. Mairead later became a Senior Business Development Manager, managing the sales team and growing the existing customer base. Mairead also served as an Airline Relationship Manager and Product Manager, managing relationships with airline customers and overseeing the Online Vouchers Product. In 2021, Mairead worked as a Leadership, Executive, and Life Coach at The Lighthouse Coach, helping individuals achieve personal and work success through powerful questioning and empowerment. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Optimal Workshop, leveraging their skills to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Mairead Healy's education history includes an Advanced Diploma, Organisational Leadership & Executive Coaching accredited by ICF from Kingstown College in 2020. Mairead also obtained a Post-graduate Diploma in Leadership and Executive Coaching during this time. Prior to that, they earned a PRII Diploma in PR from University College Cork between 2001 and 2003, specializing in Public Relations.

In addition to their formal education, Mairead Healy holds additional certifications. Mairead obtained a Diploma in Counselling, Psychotherapy, & Psychoanalysis from the ATI Psychology Institute in November 2013. Recently, in March 2021, they received the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Professional Designation at Practitioner from EMCC Global.
