Charlène Loupias

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in healthcare and nursing informatics. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Previously, Charlene held the position of Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was implemented in the emergency department. Earlier roles include Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT, where Charlene modeled clinical concepts, and staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
