Aldo Perez has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Aldo recently served as the Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement at Optimas Solutions, where they spearheaded operational excellence and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Aldo held the role of Director of Operations, where they strategically managed distribution centers and optimized operations across North America. Additionally, they served as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing operations in Mexico and the U.S. south border. Aldo also has experience as a Financial Controller for a homeowners association, a Professor of Industrial Engineering, and various roles at Navistar Inc, including Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Audit Coordinator, and Inventory Analyst. Throughout their career, Aldo has demonstrated expertise in operations management, financial operations, teaching, and supply chain optimization.

Aldo Perez obtained a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 2019. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from the same university, which they earned in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Aldo has completed various courses and trainings, including IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor from Optimas Solutions, Excel: Advanced Formatting Techniques and Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn, and Line-back Logistics - Porsche's approach to Lean Manufacturing from Porsche Cars North America, among others.
