Dave Griffiths

Dave Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Dave started their career as a Security Officer at Glevum Security in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Dave then joined Ofsted as a Senior HR Officer from 2006 to 2012. After that, they moved on to Gloucestershire County Council, where they held the position of Senior HR Advisor from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined allpay Limited as a Senior HR Business Advisor and later became the Resourcing Manager until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Optimas Solutions, first as an HR Business Partner and then as an Interim HR Director for UK & Europe. Dave currently holds the role of HR Director for UK & Europe at Optimas Solutions since 2021. Additionally, since 2020, they have also been serving as the General Secretary at Tuffley Rovers Football Club.
