Kallie Hauser is a Packaging Engineer at Optimax Systems, Inc. since June 2021, following a progression of roles in the packaging field, including a Packaging Engineer Intern at the same company and a Primary Container Packaging Co-op at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Kallie gained experience as a Laboratory Technician at Rochester Institute of Technology, overseeing lab operations and student projects, and as a Packaging Intern at Bush Industries, where responsibilities included designing packaging and testing per ISTA standards. Early career experiences include serving as an Internal/External Relations Assistant at RIT, providing customer service to various stakeholders, and working as a Food and Beverage Cashier at Blasdell Pizza. Kallie holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, graduated in May 2021.
