Jan-Fredrik Carlsen

Jan-Fredrik Carlsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jan-Fredrik is currently the CEO of Optime Subsea, a company that specializes in subsea intervention and control systems for the oil and gas industry. Jan-Fredrik is also a Member of the Board of Directors at NHO Vestfold og Telemark, the largest organization for employers in Norway. In addition, they are involved with Evolve Village, a company focused on sustainable living, and Berget AS, a supplier of cables, harnesses, and precision parts. Jan-Fredrik Carlsen has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Energy Valley, an organization promoting innovation in the energy sector. Prior to their current roles, they held various managerial and engineering positions at FMC Technologies, Ingeniør Companiet, and the Royal Norwegian Navy.

Jan-Fredrik Carlsen received a M.Sc. degree in Micro Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a degree as a Second Lieutenant in Naval Science and Operational Studies.
