Susan Kaplan

Susan Kaplan currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at OptiMed Hospitalists, PLLC. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions within the human resources department at the same company, starting as a Human Resources/Credentialing Coordinator and working their way up to HR Manager. Before their career in human resources, Susan worked as a paralegal at Homesley, Gaines & Dudley, LLP and the Law Office of Victor J. Horowitz. Susan holds a Diploma in Medical Billing and Coding from Ultimate Medical Academy, an AAS in Early Childhood Education from Passaic County Community College, and is CPC Certified by AAPC.
