Wilna Pelser

Wilna Pelser has a diverse work experience in various roles. Wilna started as a Junior Lecturer at the University of Pretoria from January 2011 to December 2012. Wilna then worked as an Industrial Engineer/Senior Consultant at Aurecon from January 2013 to August 2018, where they focused on infrastructure master planning, economic and financial feasibility studies, and logistics analysis. Currently, they are the Head of Non-learning projects at Optimi Learning, starting in September 2018. In this role, they are responsible for managing non-learning related projects, including data analysis, project management, stakeholder management, team management, and business process improvement.

Wilna Pelser obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, starting in 2007 and completing in 2010. In 2011, they pursued further studies at the same institution, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and earned an Honours Degree in Operations Research.
