Kat Baker

Katherine (Kat) Baker is an experienced healthcare professional with a solid background in clinical operations and nursing. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at OptimizeHealth, Kat has previously held leadership roles such as Senior Manager of Nursing and Clinical Operations at DispatchHealth, and Charge Nurse. Kat’s nursing experience encompasses various positions including Senior Clinical RN Lead, Clinical RN Lead, and Registered Nurse at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Duke University Health System. Additionally, Kat has worked in customer service roles at SoulCycle Inc. Kat holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baruch College.
