Gene Motisko has worked in the technology industry since 1998. Gene began their career as a Managing Consultant at Romac International, then moved to Kforce Technology Staffing as a Senior Lotus Domino Developer. In 2003, they joined PRG-Schultz as a Senior Lotus Domino Consultant/Tech Lead, where they were responsible for the project management and re-architecture of a Move, Add, Change Work-flow Application. In 2004, they moved to InterContinental Hotels Group as a Lotus Domino Developer/Integration Release Manager, where they were responsible for the project management, architecture, and development of a New Hotels Opening Work-flow Application. In 2010, they joined the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) as a Lotus Domino Architect/Project Manager, where they were responsible for project management, requirements gathering, documentation, checkpoints, and demonstrations. In 2011, they joined OPTiMO Information Technology as Director of Business Operations, Program Manager Program Management Office, Director of Training, Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Information Technology Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for a variety of tasks, including budget health, funding, contracts, funding and operations, CMMI L3 compliance, PMO Chair activities, PPQA auditing & adherence, enterprise-wide planning, implementation, course creation, testing and rollout of enterprise learning SharePoint platform, recruiting, hiring & onboarding, and program & enterprise operations. Gene also managed the product/project management of mobile iOS/Android/Win10 Tile apps for USPS Informed Delivery, and the greenfield USPS QR Reflector Service in AWS.
Gene Motisko attended John S Fine Sr High School from 1988 to 1992 and then Penn State University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Computer Science & Engineering.
