Britney Zientara began their career in 2013 as a Copy Editor and Interim Operational Manager for 3L Publishing, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for copy-editing, building and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, communication with client and editorial team, management of company expenses, quality control, record maintenance, processing and management of both payroll for staff and royalties for clients. Britney had to have knowledge of Microsoft Office, ISBN acquisition, Library of Congress, Amazon publishing, Kindle publishing, and . epub file conversions.

In 2022, Britney began working as a Senior Smartsheet Developer for Optimum Consultancy Services.

Britney Zientara attended Oakmont High School from 2008 to 2012, and then went on to the International Baccalaureate program from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they began attending California State University-Sacramento and earned their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General in 2019.
