Britney Zientara began their career in 2013 as a Copy Editor and Interim Operational Manager for 3L Publishing, LLC. As a Data Entry, their responsibilities included HealthStream account adds and management, class creation and grading, administration team support, filing and organization of certificates and personal information of medical staff across all regions. Britney needed knowledge of HealthStream, Microsoft Office, and meticulous attention to detail, as well as time-management, effective teamwork, strong communication, customer service, good memory, ability to learn quickly and sometimes independently, initiative to take on responsibility, extraordinary organization, and typing.
In 2022, Britney began working as a Senior Smartsheet Developer for Optimum Consultancy Services.
Britney Zientara attended Oakmont High School from 2008 to 2012, and then went on to the International Baccalaureate program from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they began attending California State University-Sacramento and earned their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General in 2019.
