Mark Bowler

Mark Bowler has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Mark began their career at Hy-Vee, Inc. as a Cashier & Delivery Driver, where they handled cash, check, and electronic transactions in a fast-paced manner, as well as safely and timely delivering groceries, medication, and floral arrangements to various residences and businesses. In 2017, they worked as a Barista at Iowa State University. In 2019, they worked as an Administrative Intern at the Iowa Department of Transportation and as a German Tutor at Iowa State University. In 2020, they began working at Xpanxion as a Smartsheet Build Engineer, where they were trained on Smartsheet and Smartsheet premium apps, and their work primarily consisted of the design and implementation of Smartsheet Control Center builds for small-large organizations. In 2021, they began working at Optimum Consultancy Services as a Senior Smartsheet Developer and an Analyst/Smartsheet Developer.

Mark Bowler obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, General and a Bachelor of Arts in German from Iowa State University between 2016 and 2020. Mark also holds certifications from Smartsheet and LinkedIn, including 2022 Core Product Certified, Smartsheet Aligned Certified Solution Professional, and Smartsheet Product Certified User, all obtained in 2022, 2019, and 2020, respectively. Additionally, they have a Learning Jira Software certification from LinkedIn obtained in 2019.
